| The PHS Achievement Committee oversees the recognition of academic achievement. Look for the PHS honor roll posted in the Portland Press Herald. Quarterly honors are recognized through Honor Assemblies throughout the year. Junior and senior achievement is recognized through the National Honor Society, and and seniors through the Brown Medals at graduation, as well as numerous other awards and scholarships presented at that time. | ||||
